Job description
F.O.C.U.S. WV in Buckhannon, WV seeks a Lead Clinical Therapist (Attachment-Based & Family Preservation) to provide in-home or outpatient therapy for children, adolescents, and families at risk of foster care involvement.
This independent contractor role offers a 50/50 revenue-share model and a direct path to W-2 employment as the practice grows. The position requires WV licensure (LICSW/LPC/LMFT) and a strong alignment with attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and systems perspectives.
