Job description
Channel Islands YMCA in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking a Lead Clinician to deliver direct client contact via face-to-face and telehealth, lead structured group therapy, and coordinate multi-disciplinary care for youth and families.
The role requires a Master’s degree with licensure preferred, 2+ years of related experience in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and staff mentorship. Day shifts with competitive pay and benefits are offered.
