Job description
Lead CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
Are you a dependable CNA who takes pride in your work and is open to increased responsibility?
AmeriCARE Buckhead is seeking experienced caregivers to provide high quality, non medical, in home support while helping maintain consistency and reliability in the field.
This is a hands on role ideal for CNAs who are professional, committed, and ready to grow within a supportive team environment.
Provide personal care in clients’ homes including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Offer companionship and support daily routines
Support new caregivers during introductions and shadow shifts as needed
Help maintain consistency and quality of care
Assist with covering open or priority shifts when available
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and families
Communicate effectively with the care team and report changes as needed
Active CNA certification in Georgia
2 or more years of caregiving experience preferred
Reliable, professional, and dependable
Strong communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check and onboarding requirements
Pay: $18 to $23 per hour based on experience and reliability
Performance based bonus opportunities
Mileage reimbursement during shifts

Full time or part time
Day, evening, and weekend availability
In home care in private residences
Travel between client locations required
