Lead CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)Are you a dependable CNA who takes pride in your work and is open to increased responsibility?AmeriCARE Buckhead is seeking experienced caregivers to provide high quality, non medical, in home support while helping maintain consistency and reliability in the field.This is a hands on role ideal for CNAs who are professional, committed, and ready to grow within a supportive team environment.Provide personal care in clients’ homes including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility supportOffer companionship and support daily routinesSupport new caregivers during introductions and shadow shifts as neededHelp maintain consistency and quality of careAssist with covering open or priority shifts when availableBuild strong, trusted relationships with clients and familiesCommunicate effectively with the care team and report changes as neededActive CNA certification in Georgia2 or more years of caregiving experience preferredReliable, professional, and dependableStrong communication skillsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationAbility to pass background check and onboarding requirementsPay: $18 to $23 per hour based on experience and reliabilityPerformance based bonus opportunitiesMileage reimbursement during shiftsReferral bonusesOngoing training and supportFull time or part timeDay, evening, and weekend availabilityIn home care in private residencesTravel between client locations requiredAt AmeriCARE Buckhead, professional excellence meets heartfelt ministry.We provide personalized, non medical home care that supports independence, dignity, and quality of life, serving not just clients, but the families who love them.If you are dependable, experienced, and take pride in delivering excellent care, we encourage you to apply and join a team that values both skill and heart.
