Job description
Christian Sitters is currently seeking Lead Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are willing to travel on short notice within a 30-minute to one-hour timeframe.
nLead CNAs play crucial roles in our team. They will be responsible for relieving caregivers who have taken emergency leaves. Your flexibility and willingness to travel at short notice are essential in ensuring that our clients receive uninterrupted care and support.
nKey Responsibilities:
nAttending promptly to requests as caregivers’ relievers in emergency leaves
nTraveling to client locations within a 30-minute to one-hour timeframe
nProviding high-quality care and support to clients during relief periods
nMaintaining open communication with the Christian Sitters team regarding schedule changes and client progress
nEnsuring adherence to all relevant guidelines and protocols for client care
nRequirements:
nValid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
nDemonstrated experience in caregiving or related roles
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
nAbility to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
nFlexibility and willingness to travel on short notice
