Job description
KidStrong Katy seeks a motivated Lead Coach / Sales Specialist to drive center growth and deliver top-tier athletic programming. This hybrid role combines outbound sales and lead management with hands-on coaching on the mats—working directly with kids to help them build confidence and milestones.
You will coach 8–10 classes weekly, engage with families to explain our mission, and support class schedules while ensuring strong member retention and a positive, energetic environment.
