Job description
CACI International Inc. in Danbury, CT seeks a Coating Engineering Team Lead to guide optical coating development for national security programs.
You will lead Coating Engineers, contribute to IPTs, design tooling and workflows, and support shop-floor activities with a strong technical focus. The role combines technical leadership with supervisory duties, reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Department Manager.
