Job description
Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is seeking a hands-on General Manager who leads store operations with energy and accountability. This leadership role focuses on daily execution, long-term team development, and serving as a brand ambassador who sets the tone for store culture.
You will inspire excellence, create a welcoming space for customers and teammates, coach through feedback and performance reviews, and ensure consistency in guest experience, quality, and safety across all shifts.
