Job description
Socure is seeking a Commercial Counsel to shape our legal function and partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering to enable scalable, compliant growth. You will review and negotiate SaaS and licensing contracts, develop templates and playbooks, and incorporate AI-assisted drafting to speed deals while managing risk.
A JD with bar admission and 4–8 years of relevant experience, plus knowledge of consumer data privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, GLBA, FCRA), is required.
