Job description
SCN BestCo in Mooresville, NC, is seeking a Senior Innovation Scientist to design and improve confectionary-based vitamin, mineral and OTC products. You will translate consumer needs into robust formulations, test attributes like texture and color, and lead DOE studies in a fast-paced development lab.
You will mentor junior scientists, collaborate with quality, procurement, supply chain and manufacturing, travel to conferences, and help advance new products from concept to line-ready.
