Job description
Turner Construction Company in Reston, VA is seeking an experienced Estimator to prepare detailed estimates from drawings and specs and communicate bids and scopes of work. The role involves quantity take-offs, bid assembly for Lump Sum, GMP, and Cost Plus, and coordinating with trade partners and design teams.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of related experience, strong knowledge of construction methods, and proficiency in MS Office and estimating software.
