A respected residential homebuilder is seeking an experienced Community Construction Manager to oversee the lifecycle of new home construction in Annapolis, MD. This role requires managing all aspects from site preparation to final delivery while ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of experience in residential construction management, and strong leadership skills. This full-time position offers a salary range of $85,000-$95,000, along with bonus opportunities and an auto allowance.
