Job description
W. G. Yates & Sons Construction Company seeks a Superintendent to monitor, direct, and coordinate field operations for a project, working with management and engineers to ensure safety, schedule, quality, and budget while mentoring junior team members.
A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field and at least six years’ experience, including scopes over $1M, are required. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are essential.
