Role: Lead Consultant – GIS Applications
Duration: Full Time / Permanent
Location: Irwindale, CA
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred
At least 7 years of experience in working with ESRI platform - ArcMap, ArcGIS Server 9.x & 10.x, Portal extension for ArcGIS Server, SDE on Oracle
At least 4 years of experience in C#, ASP.NET
At least 4 years of experience in web applications, windows services & web services
At least 3 years of experience with client engagement and expectation management
At least 2 years of experience in leading requirements gathering, estimation, High Level / detailed design, development, testing
At least 2 years of experience with application and database design, RDBMS concepts
At least 2 years of experience in leading small teams for application module design and development
At least 2 years of expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting issues at any part of data flow – from upstream systems to user’s reports
At least 2 years of experience in performance tuning of SDE
Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred experience in working with the offshore team in a Global Delivery Model
Analytical and Communication skills
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
