Job description
Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead for a global energy management leader in Fairfield, OH. The role is onsite, first shift, 6-month W2 contract with benefits in a manufacturing setting.
You will champion and drive the continuous improvement of high-impact production systems, lead Kaizen events, and act as the main contact for smart factory solutions with IPM and global leaders to deploy and sustain excellence.
