NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND/NAVFAC NORTHWEST seeks a Lead Contract Specialist to manage a team of contract professionals and deliver comprehensive procurement support for facilities, services, and construction.
You will conduct acquisition planning, solicitations, negotiations, cost and price analyses, evaluations, and awards, plus pre/post award activities to ensure compliant contract performance across multiple project types.
