Job description
Marvin is seeking a Controls & PLC Lead to support our premium window and door manufacturing operations. In this role, you will lead the design, programming, and optimization of PLC-based control systems, HMIs, and related automation to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production. You’ll provide hands-on troubleshooting, guide standardization of controls across lines, and mentor technicians. Partnering with engineering, maintenance, and operations, you will drive continuous improvement, reduce downtime, and support new equipment installs in a people-first, collaborative environment with strong long-term career opportunities.
