Lead Core Lab Technologist Charlotte, NC (28202)
EVENING SHIFT
We are seeking an experienced Lead Core Lab Technologist to join a high-performing laboratory team in Charlotte . This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a focus on leadership, quality, and operational excellence across the core lab.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the core lab (chemistry, hematology, coagulation)
Lead, mentor, and support laboratory staff
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
Assist with scheduling, workflow optimization, and troubleshooting
Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround times
Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
ASCP certification required
4+ years of clinical laboratory experience (leadership experience preferred)
