Job description
Rippling is seeking a highly motivated Lead Counsel, HR Products to partner with Product, Sales and Compliance. You will guide employment and wage-hour strategy for EOR services across jurisdictions and advise HR product teams on related risk and compliance.
Based in San Francisco, you will help shape a world-class product counsel function, draft employment agreements, templates, and policies, and drive scalable, pragmatic legal solutions across our HR, IT, and Finance platform.
