Opengate, Inc. is seeking a Lead Counselor for the Day Habilitation program in Hawthorne, NY.
This full-time role supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supervising Direct Support Professionals and coordinating daily activities to ensure a safe, inclusive living environment. You will mentor staff, adhere to NASDP ethics, and assist with medical appointments, documentation, and crisis intervention.
