Job description
Pinnacle Treatment Centers is seeking a Lead Counselor to provide leadership for other counselors. You will manage an individual caseload, participate in facility committees, and assist with problem-solving and state CARF readiness.
This role supports clinical staff through supervision and team collaboration to enhance patient outcomes. You will oversee documentation, treatment planning, and adherence to federal/state regulations while guiding staff through audits, reviews, and ongoing quality
