Job description

Wintrust Financial Corporation is seeking a Team Lead Portfolio Management CRE in Chicago. The role oversees CRE Middle Market client credit exposures, guiding a team of Portfolio Managers and Credit Analysts, ensuring workflow prioritization and rigorous credit controls.

You will mentor staff, review underwriting work, maintain risk ratings, and drive continuous efficiency across portfolio management processes. A strong CRE credit background and leadership capability are essential.
