Job description
Shinesty, Inc. is seeking a Lead Creative Strategist to own paid creative across our campaigns. You’ll define the creative roadmap, lead testing, and guide in-house teams and partner agencies to produce high-performing ads across Meta, YouTube, and more.
You’ll combine humor with rigorous analytics, turning ideas into testable assets and scaling winners. A true player/coach, you’ll script, direct, and ship top ads while mentoring teammates.
