About the roleRoundglass Creative Studio is seeking a Creative Lead - Video with a passion for the development sector. This role is integraltocrafting andleading impactfulstorytelling videos focusedonadvocacy,fundraising,andsocialimpactspecificallyforRoundglassFoundation initiatives. You’ll be responsible for creating videos that effectively convey the Foundation’s mission and work to diverse audiences, including donors, partners, and the public, while producing a variety of multimedia content that resonates emotionally and inspires actionWhatyou’lldo:
CreativeDirection:
CreateandcommunicateRoundglassoriginalconceptandbrandnarrativeapproachwhileensuring alignmentwiththeorganization'sprinciples,purpose,andambitions.
Examineallvideoproductsfor inventive tone, voice, and generalstyle in compliance with RG business policies.Lead the creative directionforstorytellingrelatedtocriticalorganizationalneeds,promotionalcampaigns,Foundation promotions, and significant narrative films.
BrandIdentity:
Overseethecreationandmaintenanceofaconsistentbrandidentityacrossallcreativeoutputs,including narrative,aswellastheselectionofthetopcreativesandvisualdesignersforalloutward-facingcontent.
Storytelling:
ConceptualizeandscriptcompellingstoriesthateffectivelycommunicateRoundglass’coremessages and resonate with the target audience. Oversee and produce company storytelling brand videos
ContentProduction:
Taketheleadindirectingandproducingcreativecontent,suchasfilms,socialmediacampaigns,website content, and other multimedia products, while maintaining high quality and adherence to brand rules.
LookforopportunitiestofinddistinctperspectivesofRG,overallwellbeing,andassistindevelopingpitch plans accordingly.
TeamLeadership:
WorkcloselywiththeStudioOperationsLeadforresourceallocation.Manageandmentortheteam, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing creativeenvironment.
ResourceAllocationManagement:CollaboratewithStudioOperationsLeadforresourceallocation,andexternalvendorrelationships, ensuring efficient and effective resource utilization.
Cross-functionalCollaboration:Collaboratecloselywitheditorial,marketing,communications,andotherdepartmentstounderstandtheir requirements and translate them into impactful creative strategies and executions.
