Job description
Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Manager of Customer Support for Caris Detect to lead our customer support operations across patients, providers, and partners. You will build scalable processes, coach a growing team, and ensure timely, accurate support throughout the testing journey.
You will partner with Clinical Care, Operations, Laboratory, Billing, Commercial, IT/Product, and external partners to deliver a consistent, high-touch experience as test volumes rise.
