Job description
Forum Extended Care Services in Chicago, IL is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for 2nd shift to lead cycle fill production, train staff, and prepare medication labels under pharmacist supervision.
The role requires a current Illinois pharmacy tech license or equivalent, a high school diploma, and preference for LTCare/home-health experience; shift is 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, every other weekend and 3 holidays.
