Job description
Apex Multifamily is seeking an experienced Project Manager for data center construction, responsible for leading projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors, interfacing with owners, engineers, and commissioning teams to deliver mission‑critical facilities.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PM on data center or mission‑critical projects, Procore proficiency, and strong knowledge of commissioning and safety standards.
