Base pay range
$350,000.00/yr - $900,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
Architect and build a next‑generation data platform, including ETL/ELT pipelines and migration projects
Partner with trading, research, and global teams to design scalable, high‑performance real‑time data solutions
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving best practices and technical excellence
Who You Are
5+ years of experience in data engineering, including recent leadership experience
Hands‑on experience with Databricks migration or similar technologies
Strong understanding of data governance principles
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related field
