Job TitleCreate and implement in-house production schedules, maintain network components and systems/warehouse equipment, and assist with technical issues across multiple facilities.Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesPlan, assign and direct the work of Data Processing TechniciansCreate and implement in-house production schedulesAssist systems managers with auditing processesPrepare daily reports and verify accurate printing and storage of department reportsMaintain hardware and software equipment such as computers, scanners, and printersMaintain proper inventory control procedures to ensure inventory accuracyProvide excellent customer service across multiple facilitiesAdditional Duties And ResponsibilitiesMinimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)High School Diploma or GED2 years' systems support experience or equivalent technical trainingKnowledge of computer operating systems, networks, printer/scanner setup, and technical troubleshootingProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to travel up to 25%Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gearAbility to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if neededMust be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loudPay Range: $19.90 - $33.61Why Lineage?
