Job description
Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a senior verification engineer to advance memory interface products used in AI/datacenter applications. You will develop and apply UVM-based testbenches for DDR5/DDR6 data buffers, drive verification strategy, and collaborate closely with design teams to ensure testability and high quality.
The role requires significant experience in memory data buffers, SystemVerilog/Verilog, and hands-on verification leadership.
