Job description
Trophy Lake Golf & Casting is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead all aspects of the restaurant operation, train staff, and ensure a consistent fine dining experience. You will manage year-round and seasonal team members, optimize seating and revenue, and uphold our service standards.
The role requires proactive leadership, budgeting awareness, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Weekend and holiday coverage is expected; compensation includes hourly pay and annual bonus potential.
