Job description
GRAIL is hiring an Associate Director, Email/CRM who will lead all email and SMS campaigns for B2B, B2C and B2B2C audiences. This role, with two direct reports, focuses on Patient emails in Marketing Cloud and B2B emails in Pardot, reporting to the Digital, Design, and Customer Experience team.
The ideal candidate is an expert in Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, experienced with healthcare marketing, data-driven, and able to partner with IT, Sales, and Medical Affairs to optimize
