Job description
Functional Pathways' Elk River of Winchester seeks a Director of Rehab to lead the therapy team and oversee the facility's rehab services. You will coordinate with RM, RVP, and Operations to ensure seamless patient care and regulatory compliance.
Requirements include licensure in Tennessee, an associate degree or higher in PT/OT or SLP, and leadership experience in geriatric settings with strong communication and documentation skills.
