Job description
Marriott is seeking a Lead Dishwasher to support our hospitality team by ensuring spotless dishware and a safe, efficient kitchen environment. In this on-site role, you will operate and maintain commercial dish machines, organize workflow in the dish area, and uphold strict sanitation and food safety standards. You’ll guide and train dishwashing staff, coordinate with cooks and servers to meet service demands, and perform routine cleaning of back-of-house spaces.
