Job description
10+ years of software development experience
Proven experience as a Lead Developer, Technical Lead, or Engineering Lead
Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Microservices, Azure, SQL Server, and modern software architecture
Experience leading design, development, code reviews, mentoring, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications
Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms to improve development productivity and quality
Experience with AI-enabled solutions, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, Azure OpenAI, MCP, and intelligent automation is highly preferred
AI-Assisted Development Expectations: Candidates should be comfortable utilizing AI-assisted capabilities for:
Solution architecture and technical design
Requirements analysis and documentation generation
Full-stack .NET application development (UI, APIs, Services, and Database layers)
Code generation, refactoring, and optimization
Unit, integration, and automated test creation
Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and deployment automation
CI/CD pipeline development and release management
Technical documentation, knowledge articles, and runbook creation
Code review, quality assurance, and security analysis
Developer productivity and engineering efficiency improvements
