Job description
GridCon seeks an experienced General Superintendent with a strong background in drilled foundations for substation and transmission line construction. This role requires hands-on experience with deep, flooded, cased, and rock drilling, overseeing field operations and crews to ensure safety and quality on schedule and within budget.
You will lead training and development of field teams, travel to project sites, and drive adherence to GridCon's standards and procedures.
