Job description
VistAbility in Richmond, CA seeks an experienced Lead Direct Support Professional (Instructor 2) to oversee day program services for adults with disabilities. You will act as program manager for 10-15 participants, develop ISPs, participate in ISP meetings, and supervise daily lesson plans.
The role requires a valid CA driver license, a high school diploma or GED, and at least two years serving people with disabilities, preferably in a day program.
