People Incorporated is seeking an Early Education Team Leader to support 2–3 classroom teams and ensure high-quality early learning aligned with NAEYC standards. You will guide curriculum development, compliance with licensing, and professional growth for staff.
Ideal candidates have lead teacher credentials per MA EEC, 2+ years in early childhood, and strong coaching, collaboration, and communication skills to foster inclusive, developmentally appropriate experiences for children and families.
