Job description
Alpha reimagines the school day with faster learning and strong mentorship, seeking an instructional coach for PreK readiness. You will coach Guides, design adaptive play-based themes, and track measurable milestones across a cohort of 3- to 5-year-olds, delivering updates to families with evidence-based progress.
You will spend time in classrooms and in design roles, ensuring fidelity to the curriculum while guiding teams toward clearer learning outcomes and improved family communication.
