Job description
Faith Technologies is seeking an Electrical Engineering Team Lead to oversee electrical design and coordination for complex construction projects. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers and designers, develop project plans and specifications, and ensure code compliance, safety, and quality standards. You'll collaborate closely with project managers, field teams, and clients to deliver innovative design-build and industrial solutions. Responsibilities include mentoring junior staff, reviewing calculations and drawings, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving continuous improvement in processes, technology, and safety across multiple concurrent projects.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and designers across multiple projects.
Develop and review electrical system designs, calculations, and construction documents.
Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and company safety and quality standards.
Coordinate closely with project managers, field crews, and clients to align scope, schedule, and budget.
Troubleshoot complex electrical and constructability issues during design and construction.
Implement and promote safety-first practices in all engineering and project activities.
Drive continuous improvement in design standards, workflows, and use of design software and tools.
Support estimating, value engineering, and design-build project development.
Review and approve technical submittals, RFIs, and change documentation.
Provide technical leadership on large, complex industrial, commercial, or energy projects.
