This role combines hands-on electrical work with team leadership and direct customer interaction. The Install Lead is responsible for ensuring all work is compliant and adheres to local codes and safety standards, provide clear and courteous explanations of issues and solutions to clients, and complete detailed service reports. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service.
