Job description
SpaceX seeks a Lead Electrical Test Engineer at the Starlink factory in Bastrop to own high‑volume PCB test programs, fixtures, and test PCBAs. You will mentor a team of test engineers and coordinate with CAM and design to improve throughput and yield.
You will spend substantial time on tester automation, in‑circuit and flying‑probe testing, and developing robust DFT guidelines for new panels, while traveling to other SpaceX factories as needed.
