Job Description Job Description Lead Residential Electrician
Charleston, SC Full-Time $30-$36+ per hour
Take the lead on quality residential electrical work across Charleston, Johns Island, and James Island. We're looking for an experienced electrician who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing the job right, and can help a crew stay safe, organized, and on schedule.

What you'll do:
Lead and support a crew of electricians and apprentices on residential projects
Perform electrical installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades
Read blueprints, electrical diagrams, and project specifications
Make sure work meets NEC requirements and local codes
Assign daily tasks and help keep projects on schedule
Train and mentor newer team members
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
Communicate with homeowners, coworkers, and management
What we're looking for:
At least 3 years of residential electrical experience
Previous experience leading or supervising an electrical crew
Strong knowledge of residential wiring, panels, and troubleshooting
Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
Familiarity with NEC and local electrical codes
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license
Ability to work independently while leading a crew
