Job DescriptionJob DescriptionQuality Service & Improvements, LLC is hiring a Lead Electrician to run residential and light commercial jobs in the field.
This is not an entry-level or helper position. We are looking for someone who can independently run jobs, troubleshoot issues, and make decisions in the field without constant direction.
Responsibilities:
Run jobs from start to finish without supervision
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues on-site
Lead job flow and keep projects on schedule
Communicate clearly with the office and clients
Required Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience (residential + light commercial)
Proven ability to run jobs independently (not just assist)
Strong troubleshooting experience — must be able to diagnose and fix issues without help
Experience working from plans, layouts, and real-world field conditions
Must be able to walk onto a job and confidently determine next steps without needing instruction.

We are looking for someone who actually understands electrical systems in the field , not just someone with years on paper.
