Job description
InSight Manufacturing is seeking a Lead Electromechanical Assembler to join our hands-on production team in Rancho Cordova, CA. You will guide fellow assemblers, read blueprints and schematics, and supervise the assembly of electromechanical products, including wire harnesses and electrical components.
The ideal candidate has electromechanical assembly experience, the ability to train others, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
