Job description
Heritage Christian Services, Inc. is seeking an Employment Services Lead to oversee employment specialists, participate in intake processes, assist with reporting and billing, and support employment-related services through OPWDD, ACCES VR and related funding streams.
The role combines leadership with direct support for individuals with disabilities, including job coaching, assessments, travel training and transition services, while aligning with the organization’s mission and values.
