Job description
Core AI Consulting Inc is seeking a Lead Engineer with deep enterprise backend experience and hands-on expertise in agentic AI. This role leads the design and delivery of scalable, high-throughput applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and event-driven architecture, while driving AI agents across the SDLC.
You will mentor engineers, establish engineering standards for distributed systems, and ensure performance, security, and cost efficiency in production environments.
