Job description
Outro Health seeks a Lead Engineer to take primary ownership of engineering. You will be Outro's senior hands-on leader, writing production software, making key technical decisions, and ensuring systems are coherent, reliable, and built to last.
You will hire and mentor engineers, define architecture and standards, and drive engineering as a function, with growth toward Head of Engineering as the team scales.
