LEAD ENGINEER - Developing standard DOOR templates / DXL scripts

Job Responsibilities:
Develop standard DOOR templates and DXL scripts
Support multiple programs in requirements development, tracking, and verification using DOORS
Assist in the rollout and training of the systems engineering process and DOORS
Maintain consistency across programs in hierarchical structure, attributes, and naming conventions
Develop and maintain DOORS training materials, policies, procedures, and work instructions
Manage link modules and conventions
Develop, test, and deploy DXL scripts to meet program needs
Exposure to Rational Publishing Engine and HP Quality Center is a plus
Excellent communication skills, hands-on experience with ClearCase, exposure to the medical field is advantageous
