Job description

ESFM seeks a Chief Engineer for 2nd shift to oversee operation, maintenance, and reliability of building systems, with focus on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical. You will lead hands-on, manage a team, and ensure safety, uptime, and regulatory compliance.

The role drives incident response, preventive maintenance, and client engagement, while managing vendor relationships and continuous improvement initiatives. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM local time.
